Following the success of Cibaria Manly, Cibaria Noosa marks the next chapter in Pavoni’s culinary journey – and his first venue outside Sydney. Positioned on vibrant Hastings Street, within the Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort, Cibaria is an elevated yet approachable expression of contemporary Italian dining. From morning espresso to golden-hour aperitivo, we bring the warmth and vibrancy of the Italian piazza to Noosa every day.

What you’ll be doing:

• Serving guests with passion and professionalism, creating memorable Italian-style experiences.
• Crafting cocktails, aperitivos, and drinks with creativity and flair.
• Maintaining speed, quality, and consistency at the bar.
• Supporting team members and helping train new staff.
• Managing stock, inventory, and assisting with supplier relations.
• Ensuring compliance with RSA, health & safety, and operational standards.

• Australian work rights and a current QLD RSA certificate.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 2 years’ bar experience in busy venues; experience in fine dining or Italian-style bars is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and Italian aperitivo culture.
• Team-first mindset, positive attitude, and excellent people skills.
