**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome guests and provide warm, professional assistance with inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely manner
- Provide comprehensive information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, tours, tickets, and other guest requests with attention to detail
- Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and other departments to fulfill guest needs and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local area, events, and services to deliver personalized, proactive service
- Handle luggage assistance coordination and manage complex guest requests with resourcefulness and discretion
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times, protecting guest privacy and data
- Record guest requests and feedback, following up to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement
**Requirements**
- Previous experience in hospitality, front office, or guest services (luxury hotel environment preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent customer service orientation
- Good knowledge of local area attractions and services
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage time effectively
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and cultural awareness
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Problem-solving acumen and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Minimum 2–3 years of substantive experience in a luxury hotel concierge or guest relations role within a 5-star or ultra-luxury establishment.
Les Clefs d'Or certification or demonstrated eligibility is essential.
Comprehensive knowledge of the local destination, luxury lifestyle offerings, and the expectations of high-net-worth clientele.
Demonstrated expertise in anticipating guest requirements and delivering bespoke, tailored experiences consistently.
Fluency in a minimum of two languages required; proficiency in additional languages is essential.
Superior interpersonal and communication capabilities with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with discerning clientele.
Advanced problem-solving acumen and resourcefulness in managing complex guest requests with absolute discretion and professionalism.
Advanced proficiency with concierge management systems, property management software, and digital communication platforms.
Unwavering commitment to confidentiality, discretion, and the maintenance of the highest standards of guest privacy and data protection.
