Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Talent & Culture Manager to join our team in Mumbai, India. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organization's culture, driving employee engagement, and implementing strategic talent management initiatives.

  • Develop and execute the annual Talent & Culture (T&C) Department Business Plan, aligning it with overall organizational goals
  • Lead recruitment efforts to meet talent needs, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and best practices
  • Design and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning
  • Drive T&C solutions such as reward and recognition programs, employee wellbeing initiatives, and leadership development
  • Manage the salary review process and ensure competitive compensation practices
  • Analyze HR metrics and employee feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and optimize workforce planning
  • Foster a diverse, inclusive, and positive work environment that aligns with the company's values and culture
  • Stay updated on HR trends, employment laws, and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Talent & Culture or HR leadership role, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful HR strategies and initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement best practices
  • Experience with HR analytics and proficiency in using HRIS and data analysis tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • In-depth understanding of Indian labor laws and HR compliance requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in managing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with HR software systems
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, HRCI PHR/SPHR) is a plus
