Job Description

  • Assist with document collection, meeting scheduling, system entries, and general administrative functions.
  • Manage Concur platform tasks including purchase orders (POs), expenses, and invoicing.
  • Process and support the annual INES billing process for the AEMEA region Hotels.
  • Manage the Heartist cards program across corporate and hotel teams.
  • Maintain and update global and local distribution lists for the three offices.
  • Manage Talent & Culture directories, employee birthdays, and organizational charts.
  • Assist with insurance and pension enrolment for corporate employees and hotel new starters
  • Provide logistical support including flight bookings, intern accommodation, insurance, and parking arrangements.
  • Support in organizing internal events and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Help maintain and track Talent & Culture programs, campaigns, and engagement surveys implemented across hotels

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Relevant coursework or academic focus on HR management, organizational behavior, labor law, or employment relations is a plus.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Basic understanding of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS or recruitment tools is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative.

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
