Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Storekeeper to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. As a Storekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring smooth warehouse operations, and supporting the overall efficiency of our organization.

  • Manage and organize inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper storage of materials
  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality of items
  • Fulfill orders by selecting, packing, and preparing items for shipment
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, when necessary
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline inventory processes and improve efficiency
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for all warehouse activities
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining inventory management systems
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proven experience in inventory management and warehouse operations
  • Proficiency in using inventory management systems and basic computer applications
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills for effective stock control
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs and priorities
  • Physical stamina to lift and move items as required
  • Valid forklift certification (preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to meeting internal and external needs
