You will be responsible for the accurate receiving, safekeeping, control, and issuance of all hotel stocks, supplies, and materials in accordance with Accor policies, internal controls, and finance procedures. You will ensure proper inventory management to support smooth resort operations while safeguarding the Owner’s assets.
You will receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery documents, ensuring quantity, quality, and specifications are correct before acceptance. All items will be properly documented, labeled, and stored in designated areas to maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
You will maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including stock cards and system entries, and ensure timely posting of receipts and issues. You will monitor stock levels, identify slow-moving or obsolete items, and recommend reordering or disposal in coordination with the Finance and Procurement teams.
