• To manage F&B operation breakages report control ( Monthly ) 
• Receiving all operating equipment and update on inventory list. 
• Monthly distribution of outlets breakages form  
• Tidy up B2 store equipment and upkeep inventory to date 
• Distribution of operating equipment to all outlet ( On loan / permanent issuing )   
• Work closely with RCCC stewarding Manager to up keep inventory control RCCC Equipment. 
• All new purchase equipment to be updated into inventory list and update breakages form.  
• Support Stewarding operation as needed.  

• Experience required 
• Able to operate computer system well (Microsoft Office)
• Good administrative skills
• Hardworking
• Basic knowledge of stewarding operating equipment 
• Able to perform weekend duties
