As a Spa Hostess you’ll assist with bookings, guide guests through our offerings, coordinate with therapists, and maintain the calm, inviting ambiance our spa is known for.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Reporting to the Spa Manager, supporting the team to operational excellence, supporting the spa reception and spa therapist team.
• Welcome and assist guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Provide accurate information about spa services, packages, and wellness products.
• Coordinate treatment schedules and ensure smooth guest flow.
• In addition to the above, having the ability to upsell our products and assisting in the Spa Reception area and in administrative duties.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand. Maldives’ work experience is preferred.
• Previous experience in a luxury spa, wellness center, or front-of-house hospitality role.
• Proficient in English and  Russian (written and verbal).
• Familiarity with spa software or booking systems is an advantage.
• Outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, flexible working hours, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment. 
• Is updated with the latest trends and servicing protocols on massage and body treatments.
• Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
