Job Description

Within the Global Hotel Performance Team for La Maison (Sofitel Legend, Sofitel, MGallery & Emblems), we are looking for a projects assistant covering 2 main missions:

  • Supporting the Quality & Guest Experience team in building, developing and improving a guest-centric approach to Quality & Guest Experience for our brands worldwide, leading to increased Guest Engagement.
  • Supporting the Pre-opening team in opening best in class properties (around 15 openings a year)

In an international environment, you will manage your time well to contribute daily to the success of the team and La Maison, on the following (but not limited to) tasks:

  1. Quality & Guest Experience
  • Update the Quality Month end Performance Report for La Maison
  • Organize bi-monthly webinars to animate Hotel Quality & Guest Experience community
  • Assist in the animation and selection of the best Sofitel Cousu Main & MGallery Magic Competition
  • Contribute in ad hoc projects (guest insights analytics based on quality & guest experience roadmap, SOPs…)

 

  1. Pre-opening
  • Prepare weekly & monthly reportings on openings & deflags
  • Monitor opening progress on key projects via our project management tool
  • Structure hotel & owners opening support presentation
  • Contribute to the first opening of the EMBLEMS brand (drafting SOPs…)
     

You will work closely with the Hotel Performance and Global Marketing Teams La Maison as well as with our 217 hotels Worldwide, other Accor Transversal teams and external partners (suppliers…).


Qualifications

Level of Studies : BAC+4 / +5  

Field of Studies: Marketing/Luxury/Customer Experience

Languages : French & English (fluent)

Professional Experience: A first internship in the hospitality industry would be ideal: 

  • Detail oriented person with an affinity for the LUXE segment
  • Computer Skills – Pack Office (great knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Tech-savvy with ability to adapt to new systems (TrustYou / LQA…)
