The Marketing & Communication department is expanding its social media and Influence team and is seeking a talented and dynamic social media and Influence Intern to support the Director in executing social media and influence strategies.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our renowned luxury brands on a global scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a roadmap and content calendar for social media and influence campaigns, setting specific objectives, KPIs, and ROI reporting for brand-related initiatives
  • Support the team on being part of the content creation with a strong point of view and deep knowledge of the brand, using innovative approaches to format, structure, and presentation to grow our brand presence and engagement on social
  • Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and freelancers to produce compelling and high-quality content specific to the brand
  • Help to setup and roll out the Social Media Analytics tool by defining dashboards and reporting.
  • Be the support of out regional marketing director to get report and create emulation with the analytics tool.
  • Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and partnerships and manage ongoing relationships to amplify brand visibility, engagement, and impact across social media channels
  • Collaborate closely with the Brand Marketing team to ensure consistent and cohesive execution of social media and influence initiatives, reflecting the brand's identity and voice
  • Implement efficient workflows and approval processes for social media activations and influence campaigns, develop template toolkits, guidelines, and best practices for our hotels
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging and innovative trends, user behaviors, and platform updates relevant to the brand
  • Track and measure the performance of brand-specific social media and influence initiatives, utilising analytics and reporting tools to assess effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • Manage relationships with agencies ensuring deliverables meet brand standards and objectives.
  • Edit Social Media Reporting and benchmarking.

The social media & Influence Intern will be part of a small team (One director and two managers) and will work closely with both social media manager to support them on their daily tasks. She/he will report to the Director of social media and Influence.


Qualifications

Experience & Qualifications :

  • 6-month internship starting in March 2026 
  • Master’s degree in communication, digital marketing 
  • Experience in communication within the luxury sector is a plus 
  • Rigorous and organized, with strong interpersonal skills 
  • You are proficient in English, both written and spoken. 
  • You work independently, are well-organized and have a strong sense of priorities. 
  • Open-minded, with a keen eye for detail 
  • Proactive, you demonstrate initiative and are creative.
  • Strong interest in managing social media and influence strategy (Organic and paid media) with deep knowledge of the main social platforms
  • Solid expertise in analysis and reporting, analytical thinking abilities shown to drive insights
  • Strong sensibility to aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail to produce high-end content
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Be able to work with the agencies and elevate the collaboration
  • Fluent in English, which will be the working language for this role
