Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve complex issues for the ServiceNow Technical Support team, focusing on performance and instance availability
• Serve as the final point of escalation within the technical support department
• Mentor junior team members on various technologies
• Quickly gain and apply understanding of the ServiceNow platform
• Interact directly with customers, requiring strong interpersonal and technical skills
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
