Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager - Corporate to join our team in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead our corporate sales efforts and drive business growth in one of Southeast Asia's most promising markets.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our corporate client base and increase revenue
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and providing ongoing coaching and support
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to corporate clients
  • Oversee the development and negotiation of complex sales proposals and contracts
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Stay informed about local business culture and market dynamics in Phu Quoc and Vietnam

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in corporate sales, preferably in the hospitality or related industry
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar senior sales role
  • Strong knowledge of the Vietnamese market and business landscape
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the talent to build and maintain client relationships
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop strategic sales plans
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese is a plus
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
