We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Manager - Leisure to join our dynamic team at Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our sales department, you will drive leisure sales growth and exceed targets in our hotel setting.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to maximize revenue in the leisure segment
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agencies, and industry partners
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of compelling sales proposals and contracts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to leisure clients
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing detailed reports for senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures in all sales activities
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury hotel sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the leisure segment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury travel market and current industry trends
- Proficiency in Opera and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel regularly and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required
- Membership or willingness to join relevant industry associations
