Location: Accor Global Headquarters – Issy-les-Moulineaux, France
Duration: 6 months – starting July 15, 2025

• Grow brand visibility and engagement across global social media platforms
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all markets
• Strengthen your creative and strategic communication skills

• Stay on top of key digital & social trends


Job Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Global social media campaign support
• Help launch and coordinate global campaigns across our brand portfolio
• Liaise with the agency to optimize content creation and performance
• Contribute creative ideas aligned with brand DNA and social-first approaches

2. Editorial calendar & platform coordination
• Maintain and update calendars across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Ensure message consistency in collaboration with regional and brand teams
• Monitor and support social media publishing across platforms

3. Content creation & influencer coordination
• Assist with sourcing and managing creators aligned with each campaign
• Organize influencer hotel stays with our regional teams
• Track deliverables and ensure content meets brand guidelines

4. Performance tracking & strategic insight
• Monitor key metrics and analyze the success of social and influencer campaigns
• Produce performance reports and offer recommendations for improvement
• Support the team in making data-driven decisions

5. Trend monitoring & innovation scouting
• Benchmark best practices and innovative formats
• Identify emerging content opportunities and creative directions

 


Qualifications

🔍 PROFILE

• Education: Master’s / MBA student – Bac+4/5 in Marketing, Communications or Digital
• Languages: Fluent in French & English
• Skills: Curious, creative, analytical, autonomous and organized
• Tools: Comfortable with PowerPoint & Excel – a good creative eye is a plus
