Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Mysuru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets while maintaining strong customer relationships and driving business growth.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company goals
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients and partners
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for upper management
  • Forecast sales, set team goals, and develop action plans to ensure targets are met
  • Negotiate high-value contracts and agreements with clients
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the organization
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Excellent knowledge of sales techniques, CRM systems, and sales performance metrics
  • Outstanding negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
  • In-depth understanding of market trends and competitor analysis
  • Proven ability to manage key client relationships and drive customer satisfaction
  • Experience in sales forecasting and budgeting
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
