Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.  As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and representing our company with professionalism and enthusiasm.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking
  • Conduct face-to-face sales meetings, phone calls, and presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers, ensuring maximum profitability
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients through regular communication and excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company
  • Contribute to the development of sales materials, proposals, and presentations

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding negotiation and closing abilities
  • Demonstrated customer relationship management skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
  • Resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Understanding of the local business culture and market dynamics in Dubai and the UAE
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
