Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative Sales & Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team in Nairobi, Kenya. This exciting opportunity will provide hands-on experience in both sales and marketing, allowing you to develop valuable skills in a fast-paced business environment.

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies for various products or services
  • Support the sales team in lead generation and customer outreach activities
  • Help create engaging content for social media platforms and marketing materials
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Participate in the organization and execution of marketing events and campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales and marketing initiatives
  • Assist in maintaining customer databases and preparing sales reports
  • Contribute fresh ideas and innovative solutions to improve marketing effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their use in marketing
  • Basic data analysis skills and ability to interpret market trends
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and respond to client needs
  • Creativity and innovative thinking to contribute fresh ideas
  • Previous internships or relevant projects in sales or marketing are a plus, but not required
