Novotel London Waterloo with its 187 bedrooms, 6 meeting rooms, bar, restaurant and fitness & sauna, is looking for its new Rooms Division Manager!
Are you an ambitious Front Office Manager or Rooms/Operations/Duty Manager at a smaller sized Hotel and are you looking to work in a fun, stimulating and engaging environment? Well, then drop your key cards because we would like to hear from you!
You will have autonomy over the day to day management of the Front office, Reservations, Accounts, Housekeeping and Maintenance departments in terms of rotas, team recruitment and purchases whilst, together with the Front office, Maintenance and Housekeeping managers, you’ll ensure that all guest satisfaction requirements are met.
It goes without saying that health and safety should be at the top of your agenda!
You will also manage your departmental forecast, budget, staffing and costs like it is your own hotel!
You will actively participate in the monthly reporting and yearly budgeting process.
We would love you to be pro-active, curious, creative and have a great sense of humor. As a key member of the hotel’s management team, you will participate to management meetings and will replace the General Manager in his absence.
You enjoy learning yourself whilst developing and teaching the members of your team.
