• Registers and rooms all arrivals according to established procedures.
• Promotes Inter-Hotel Sales and In House facilities.
• Records and update reports.
• Performs check in, check out and room change procedures and ensures all data are entered completely into the hotel systems in accordance with reservation.
• Maintains comprehensive knowledge of standard reservation procedures.
• Attends to guest requests and queries.
• Handles Minor guest complaints.
• Must have extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services and facilities.
• Makes sure to apply the departmental standards and procedures.
• Responsible for correct guest message or info handling.
• Has full knowledge of any special promotion, all internal memos and activities.
