Join our team of hospitality professionals at our luxurious hotel in Brisbane, Australia! We're seeking a detail-oriented and guest-focused Room Attendant to ensure our guests experience the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort during their stay.
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and suites to exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Replace bed linens, make beds, and ensure all room amenities are fully stocked
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, including fixtures and surfaces
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust guest rooms and common areas
- Report any maintenance issues or room discrepancies to the appropriate department
- Provide outstanding service to guests, addressing their needs and requests promptly and courteously
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and timely room turnover
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
- Maintain organized linen carts and storage areas
- Prior experience as a Room Attendant in a luxury hotel or resort is preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Physical capability to perform tasks associated with the role, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safe use of cleaning chemicals is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
