The Revenue & Reservations Supervisor plays a vital role in optimizing hotel revenue by managing reservations, analyzing market trends, and implementing effective pricing strategies. This position ensures seamless communication between departments while delivering exceptional guest experiences.


Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Management:

  • Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies based on market conditions and booking patterns.
  • Monitor room availability, booking pace, and distribution channels to maximize revenue.
  • Analyze competitor performance and market trends to identify opportunities.

Reservations Oversight:

  • Supervise daily reservation operations, ensuring accurate and efficient bookings.
  • Manage group reservations, room blocks, and inventory to prevent overbooking and maximize occupancy.
  • Ensure rate parity across all distribution channels and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports, highlighting performance trends and projections.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure reservation accuracy and adherence to hotel policies.
  • Participate in strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Work closely with Sales, Front Office, and Marketing to align revenue strategies with business goals.
  • Train and mentor all the hotel team to maintain high service standards.
  • Act as a liaison with corporate clients, travel agents, and third-party partners.

System & Channel Management:

  • Oversee the optimal use of revenue management systems and booking platforms.
  • Ensure accurate content and availability on OTAs, GDS, and direct booking channels.
  • Implement and manage oversell strategies to balance inventory effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Revenue or Reservations Management, preferably within Accor hotels or luxury brands.
  • Proficiency in Opera Cloud, Microsoft Excel, and revenue management software.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
