Job Description

Restaurant Manager is responsible for the daily management of the restaurant, ensuring that the exceptional service is provided to the guests. The Restaurant Manager plans, organizes and direct the overall restaurant operation and manage employee performance, and focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

About the role

  • Assists F&B Manager to oversee the operations and lead the team to ensure flawless guest experience.
  • Assist in leading, mentoring and training the restaurant service team.
  • Set, implement, and review service standards to ensure consistent quality.
  • Supervise and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintained
  • Work closely with the  Chef de Cuisine to plan menus, prices and promotional events for the restaurant in order to maximize revenue generating opportunities.
  • Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.
  • Recruit and select team members who align with our standards and values.
  • Develop and maintain training programs to ensure a high degree of employees professionalism.
  • Conduct daily role plays and ensure employees adhere to grooming standards.
  • Focused on guest feedback and always improve the guest satisfaction scores
  • Checks outlet cleanliness to ensure that it complies with health, safety and hygiene policy

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand. Remote island-based work experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Deep understanding of fine dining service standards and etiquette.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, flexible working hours ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
  • Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
