Job Description

  • Greet guest warmly, manage reservations, and escort them to their tables while ensuring a pleasant first impression with Chinese hospitality.
  • Assist with menu explanations, accommodate special request or dietary needs, and resolve complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Build rapport with regular and VIP guest, remember preferences, and support serving staff in delivering personalized and culturally respectful dining experiences.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role at an upscale Chinese restaurant (Hotel background not required.)
  • Fluent in Mandarin (oral and written) and able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking guest
  • Strong customer service skills and presentable grooming.
  • Team player with a proactive and warm personality
