• Supervise daily service operations, assign table sections, and assist staff to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
• Ensure high quality, culturally appropriate service, including traditional Chinese dining customs like tea service and banquet etiquette
• Oversee table setups, cleanliness, and readiness of the dining area according to Chinese restaurant standards.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role at an upscale Chinese restaurant (Hotel background not required)
• Hands on in guest service and table management, with strong attention to detail.
• Good coordination and teamwork with service and culinary teams.
• Opening experience will be a valuable asset
