Job Description

As Reservations Team Leader, you will play a key role in coordinating communication and supporting daily operations. You'll guide and support the reservations team, converting enquiries into bookings and ensuring smooth processes. Working closely with the Reservations Manager, you'll coordinate reservations and enhance guest experiences by promoting upselling. With a focus on seamless arrivals, loyalty, and team development, you’ll ensure our guests enjoy an exceptional stay from the very start.


Qualifications

What you will bring to the role:

  • Experience in hotel reservations (preferable in a supervisory role within a luxury brand) with a proven record of effective customer complaints management
  • You are well organised individual, who can work well independently and as part of a team
  • Computer literate with sound knowledge of Opera, Micros or similar PMS/POS
  • You have exceptional communication skills both verbal and written English
  • You are flexible to work on a roster, where some weekend or evening work may be required.
