Reservations Agent

Novotel Sydney City Centre is on the lookout for a part-time Reservations Agent to join our dynamic in-house team. If you’re passionate about hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, this is the role for you.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Processing and managing FIT and corporate reservations received via phone, email, and other channels
• Serve as the first point of contact for all booking enquiries, delivering prompt and professional assistance
• Providing efficient, friendly, and personalised service to every guest
• Staying up to date and fluent with the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty program
• Collaborating closely with the operations team to ensure all guest requests and service needs are met seamlessly

Your Skills and Experience Include:

• Service-oriented with a strong eye for detail and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
• Confident, articulate communicator
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Entrepreneurial spirit with drive, ambition, and a high level of energy
• Genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to exceptional service
• Flexible and adaptable, with availability to work across a range of shifts as needed
