Aliée, the flagship luxury lifestyle hotel within the breathtaking Tersane Istanbul, is seeking an intuitive and detail-oriented "Reservation Executive" to curate seamless booking experiences within our sanctuary.

As an Aliée "Reservation Executive", you are a vital guardian of our brand’s first impression. From managing guest inquiries and room reservations to anticipating individual preferences, you will ensure every interaction embodies the elegance, precision, and sensory identity of Aliée.

 


Job Description

  • Manage all room reservation inquiries through phone, email, and online channels in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure accurate processing of bookings, amendments, cancellations, and special requests
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of room categories, rates, packages, and hotel services
  • Build personalized guest experiences by anticipating preferences and communicating relevant information to operational teams
  • Coordinate closely with Front Office, Sales, and Guest Relations teams to ensure smooth pre-arrival planning
  • Maximize room revenue through effective upselling and strategic reservation management
  • Handle VIP reservations with discretion, accuracy, and exceptional attention to detail
  • Maintain reservation records and guest profiles in accordance with brand standards
  • Ensure all communication reflects the refined tone and luxury positioning of Aliée
  • Support the opening journey and evolving standards of a dynamic luxury lifestyle destination

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Reservations, Front Office, or Guest Services within luxury hospitality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of hotel reservation systems and booking platforms
  • Ability to handle guest requests with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays when required
