Public Areas Attendant

As a House person /Public Areas Attendant, you will join our Housekeeping Team in taking care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

In this role you will:

• Clean and maintain all public areas and back of house areas in the Hotel
• Clean and maintain locker rooms, staff and public washrooms/toilets.
• Carry out programmed / regular cleaning duties as allocated.
• Use and clean equipment with care, reporting any defective equipment as set down in procedures manual.
• Ensure all department equipment is maintained to a high standard.
• Assist with regular equipment stocktaking.
• Ensure the security of keys and public / back of house areas at all times by adherence to security procedures.
• Understand the correct usage and storage of cleaning agents in line with health and safety regulations and manufacturer’s instructions.

What we are looking for?

• A genuine passion for to create memorable experiences for guests
• Previous experience in similar roles within a Hotel environment
• An interest to learn and develop your career with industry professionals
• A high standard of hygiene, grooming and presentation
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Flexibility regarding your work availability is essential, as we operate 7 days a week, including public holidays
