The 25hours Hotel The Royal Bavarian is located in the heart of Munich with perfect connections to public transportation. Together with our People & Culture Manager you will support the recruitment of top talents and making sure that the team has everything it needs. Working in direct contact with staff, you’ll not only help to ensure that their salary appears in their account in good time, but also that everyone feels comfortable and enjoys working with us. We look forward to welcoming you to our team as People & Culture Coordinator (m/f/d).

Job Description

How does your working day look like ...

  • You´ll support our recruitment process and our onboarding of top talents
  • Also on your daily “to do” list will be administrating all staff documents and cooperating with the external payroll accounting service
  • You’ll be on hand for all your staff on all People & Culture topics
  • You´ll coordinate employee events, process evaluations, and organize personnel files as needed
  • You´ll stick to agreements, even when your schedule and email inbox are full and all your coworkers are in the office at the same time
  • You´ll help out with various projects at the hotel and step in when extra hands are needed
  • You´ll always keep track of everything, even when everyone calls at once and the phones are ringing off the hook

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV ...

  • You’ve completed training in the hotel industry, gained first experience in HR management at a hotel or catering facility, and speak German and English fluently
  • You’ll bring to the job assertiveness, consistency and team spirit, so that you can give your colleagues optimum support in staff management
  • You’re a doer – and even if you do it wrong sometimes, you openly admit it
  • You’re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character
