At ibis Amsterdam Centre Stopera, we’re on a mission to take hospitality to the next level and become Accor’s leading training hotel. Together with a team of 25 multi-skilled colleagues, you’ll help create unforgettable stays for our guests. We work as one team, supporting each other across all departments. Our flat structure allows you to grow, develop, and truly master the craft of hospitality.

Together with the three Operations Supervisors, you’ll oversee everything that happens Front of House. From Front Office to the breakfast area and the kitchen. You’ll co-lead a team of 25 colleagues and support the Operations Manager in daily operations.

For the role of Operations Supervisor, we’re searching for a genuine people person: someone who naturally connects with guests, thinks in solutions, and doesn’t get easily thrown off balance.
