Resposibilities:

• Reporting to the Director of Rooms, the Night Auditor is responsible in checking the front office accounting records for accuracy and, on a daily basis, summarizes and compiles information for the hotel's financial records. Tracks room revenue, occupancy percentages, and other front office operating statistics
• Checks and collates all the negative postings done by each cashier for completeness and accuracy of the transaction in terms of correct transaction code used and supporting documents. Submits the DOP (Daily Operations Package) report to Income Audit.
• Checks all Open Folios and highlights those sitting for more than 48 hours already. Email communication to be sent to the section head concerned
• Prepares End of day procedure.
• To perform other duties as required by the leader or it’s designate.

• A hospitality diploma is an asset
• Minimum of 1 year Supervisory  experience in a luxury hotel
• Proficient in the English language (verbal & written)
