Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
  • Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform marketing decisions
  • Manage marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Oversee content creation and ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, implementing innovative approaches as appropriate

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent leadership and team management experience
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, and SEO
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
  • Demonstrated expertise in brand management and content creation
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial planning for marketing initiatives
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape analysis
  • Strong understanding of marketing ROI and performance metrics
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Willingness to relocate to Phu Quoc, Vietnam
