Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Executive to join our team and work closely with our Marketing Manager to bring the Sofitel brand to life across all touchpoints of the hotel.

About the role

As Marketing Executive, you will support the Marketing Manager in delivering innovative campaigns and initiatives that showcase our hotel, conference and event spaces and food & beverage outlets. From creating engaging digital content to designing marketing collateral and managing our social media channels, you’ll play a hands-on role in building brand awareness and driving guest engagement.

What you will be doing

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on the planning and execution of campaigns, promotions, and events
  • Curate and manage engaging content across social media channels, website, and digital platforms
  • Design and produce marketing collateral (digital and print) using Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Manage the hotel’s asset library, including photography, video, and brand materials, ensuring brand consistency
  • Manage the hotel's online presence on website, microsite, booking engine and third-party platforms
  • Monitor digital and social media performance, and provide insights to continuously refine our storytelling
  • Collaborate with Sales, Events, and Food & Beverage teams to deliver consistent brand messaging 
  • (Bonus!) Contribute video editing skills to produce captivating digital content.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, ideally within luxury hotels, hospitality, or tourism
  • Demonstrated expertise in content creation and social media management
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator essential; Premiere Pro an advantage)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines
  • Previous marketing experience, ideally within luxury hotels, hospitality, or tourism
  • A creative storyteller with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong background in content creation and social media management
  • Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Video editing experience (Premiere Pro or similar) highly regarded
  • A team player with passion for luxury brands and hospitality
