This position is responsible for managing the hotel laundry operation effectively and efficiently ensuring excellent laundry/dry-cleaning services in accordance to the Hotel’s standards.

Your experience and skills include;

• Previous pre-opening and Accor experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage.
• Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure.
