The Laundry Attendant is responsible for sorting, folding, pressing, delivering all hotel linen in an effective and productive manner. 

What you will be doing:

• Reports any equipment challenges to engineering and works with them to solve issues.
• Delivers and distributes hotel linen to the appropriate departments.
• Records the daily processed linen and all discard linen for the department.
• Conducts daily cleaning of the work area.
• Ensures that a high level of linen quality control is maintained.

• Previous laundry experience is preferred (1year minimum)
• Basic chemical knowledge- WHMIS training is an asset.
• Physically able to complete all tasks, ie, lift up to 40 + lbs at a time able to stand for up to 8 hours per day
