We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Laundry & Linen Room Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and proper care of linens and guest laundry, contributing to our commitment to exceptional guest satisfaction.

• Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, and guest clothing according to established procedures
• Identify and treat various types of stains using appropriate cleaning methods
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area
• Manage linen inventory and report any shortages or damages
• Ensure proper storage and distribution of clean linens to housekeeping staff
• Handle guest laundry requests with care and attention to detail
• Adhere to safety and hygiene standards in the laundry facility
• Assist in maintaining records of laundry operations and inventory
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure efficient linen service

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role in a 5 star hotel.
• Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to take on various shifts.
