Job Description

Role Overview

As an Intern supporting the Vice President of Food & Beverage for Accor Asia/MEA, you will gain hands-on experience in high-level management and strategic planning. This role offers exposure to regional projects, partnerships, and innovative initiatives that elevate Accor’s culinary and beverage offerings.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Support
  • Assist in developing and analyzing food and beverage strategies for Accor properties.
  • Prepare market research and competitive analysis to support new initiatives.
  1. Project Coordination
  • Support the execution of regional F&B projects, including restaurant concept development, menu innovation, and sustainability programs.
  • Track project timelines and deliverables while coordinating with internal stakeholders.
  1. Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Compile and interpret data related to F&B performance metrics (e.g., revenue, customer satisfaction, and trends).
  • Present actionable insights through clear, concise reports.
  1. Collaboration & Communication
  • Liaise with hotel F&B teams, regional leadership, and external partners.
  • Support in preparing presentations and briefs for internal and external stakeholders.
  1. Innovation & Trends
  • Monitor and research global and regional F&B trends, including sustainability, technology, and guest preferences.
  • Propose creative ideas to enhance Accor's F&B offerings and guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Passion for food, beverage, and the hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in F&B or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
