Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Distribution & B2B Tracking Support: Provide comprehensive operational support for distribution and production tracking.
  • B2B Loyalty Deployment & Support: Assist in the seamless deployment, ongoing management, and support of B2B loyalty programs, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Account Management Business Review Meeting Co-coordination: Coordinate and facilitate the preparation of materials and data for key account business review meetings.
  • RFP Management Support: Offer support during the contracting season as needed, including data collection and document preparation.
  • Data Analysis & Consolidation: Conduct in-depth data analysis and consolidation across various sales metrics, market trends, and operational performance indicators.
  • Operational Support to the BT Strategy Department: Provide operational support to the BT Strategy department, contributing to the execution of strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Collaboration on B2B Offer Design & Deployment: Collaborate with the BT Strategy and leadership team on the design, development, and deployment of new B2B offers.
  • RFP Hotel Monitoring & Guidelines Alignment: Support the monitoring of hotel responses to RFPs, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and recommendations to maintain consistency and quality across the network.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business or Hospitality Industry.

Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Excel Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for complex data manipulation, analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

Additional Information

Languages:

Fluent proficiency in English (oral and written) is required

French / Native/Fluent

Spanish and/or Italian is a plus

Mindset:

Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.

The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
