We are seeking a flexible and reliable Casual Guest Service Agent to support our Front Office operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is adaptable and confident working across a rotating roster, covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts to ensure smooth hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional guest service from check-in to check-out
- Handle reservations, enquiries, and guest requests efficiently
- Maintain accurate guest records and follow Front Office procedures
- Support night audit processes when required
- Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a Front Office or customer-facing role (hotel experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including:
- Morning shift (7:00 am – 3:00 pm)
- Afternoon shift (3:00 pm – 11:00 pm)
- Night shift (11:00 pm – 7:00 am)
- Valid working rights in Australia
