Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and provide a smooth check-in experience.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for VIP guests and ensure personalized service.
  • Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and food & beverage teams to meet guest needs.
  • Maintain detailed guest profiles and preferences for repeat visits.
  • Conduct room inspections for VIP arrivals to ensure standards are met.
  • Arrange special amenities, celebrations, and personalized services (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.).
  • Follow up with guests during their stay to ensure satisfaction.
  • Manage guest feedback and report issues to relevant departments.
  • Ensure lobby presence and assist guests with directions, hotel information, and local recommendations.
  • Handle check-out assistance and ensure a smooth departure experience.
  • Promote hotel services, facilities, and loyalty programs.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in guest relations or front office in a luxury hotel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Professional appearance and grooming standards.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., Opera).
  • Multilingual skills are an advantage.
