Job Description

Novotel & Adagio Abu Dhabi Al Bustan is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our dedicated team.

As a Guest Service Agent at Novotel & Adagio Abu Dhabi Al Bustan, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your role is essential in creating lasting impressions and ensuring guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcomes guests and takes care of them from their arrival through to departure  
• Contributes to guests' permanent satisfaction by providing high quality services throughout their stay
• Helps meet the department's quantitative targets through his/her sales efforts

• Helps encourage guest loyalty by developing friendly, personalized relationships
• Ensures that administrative procedures never take priority over guest relations
• Anticipates guests' needs and takes them into consideration
• Deals swiftly, efficiently and sensitively to guest complaints and follows through
• Conveys the brand and hotel image through his/her irreproachable attitude

• Promotes the hotel's range of services in order to increase sales, modifying sales pitch to suit the customer's needs

• Greeting and welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism.

•  Handling check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.




We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A positive attitude and a professional appearance.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality role is a plus but not mandatory.
