Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Guest Relation professional to join our team in the beautiful resort town of ElGouna, Hurghada, Egypt. As a Guest Relation specialist, you will be the face of our organization, ensuring exceptional experiences for our guests and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

  • Warmly welcome and greet guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
  • Anticipate and respond to guest needs, questions, and concerns promptly and courteously
  • Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services in ElGouna and Hurghada
  • Manage guest feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
  • Maintain accurate guest records and preferences in the hotel management system
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating special events or activities for guests
  • Collaborate with the concierge team to arrange transportation, reservations, and excursions
  • Ensure the lobby and guest areas are well-maintained and presentable at all times
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance guest service skills
  • Adapt to changing situations and maintain composure during high-pressure moments

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Guest Relations or a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations and F&B environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for teamwork in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of local attractions, culture, and services in ElGouna and Hurghada
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
  • Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards and practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred, but not required
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently
  • Adaptability to changing guest needs and hotel policies
