Job Description

You will play a key role in shaping and executing the brand advocacy strategy, driving impactful storytelling across social m edia, influencer partnerships, and integrated campaigns. By coordinating efforts across teams and regions, you will ensure seamless execution and alignment with broader brand goals.

 

Social Media & Influencer Partnerships

• Manage the daily execution of social media channels, influencer partnerships, and content collaborations, ensuring consistent brand messaging and fostering a strong, engaged community.

Advocacy Coordination & Governance

• Coordinate advocacy efforts with broader marketing strategies to ensure seamless execution and alignment with overall brand goals. Enforce best practices and governance across all advocacy efforts, ensuring consistency in messaging and strategy across regions.

Community Engagement & Social Listening

• Monitor real-time community engagement, respond to trends and feedback, and leverage social listening to identify opportunities and activate brand advocates.

Project Management & Campaign Execution

• Manage the execution of social media campaigns and influencer activations, optimizing for engagement. Oversee timelines, ensure smooth project delivery, and collaborate with agencies and creative teams to meet campaign objectives.

Stakeholder & Agency Management

• Manage editorial and paid social boosting strategies, analyze KPIs for social media and advocacy campaigns, and derive actionable insights to optimize performance.

Performance Measurement & Reporting

• Execute and manage the editorial paid social boosting strategy, analyzes KPIs for social media and advocacy campaigns, and derives actionable insights to continuously optimize performance.


Qualifications

  • Degree in Communication / Marketing
  • Experience: 5+ years in Communication and Marketing
  • Strong affinity with the hospitality industry
  • Expertise in social media and influencer marketing
  • Cross-functional coordination skills
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Project management experience
