We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Full-Time Barback to join our team at the prestigious Olympic Bar, located within the Fairmont Olympic Hotel. If you have a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to creating an unforgettable guest experience, we'd love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist bartenders in preparing and serving a wide range of beverages with precision and efficiency
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area and all related equipment
• Replenish bar supplies, including glassware, garnishes, and ingredients, to ensure uninterrupted service
• Collaborate closely with the bar team to support smooth and efficient operations
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing top-notch service
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and welcoming environment

• Previous experience as a barback or in a similar role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate
• Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA
• Food Handers Card and MAST permit required
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
