Join the elegance of Sofitel Brisbane Central and become part of a team that brings the art of French hospitality to life. We are seeking a passionate and energetic Front Office Supervisor to lead our Front Office team and deliver exceptional luxury guest experiences from arrival to departure.
In this hands-on leadership role, you will support the daily operations of Reception, Concierge, Call Centre, Portering, and Night Audit while inspiring your team to provide outstanding service at every touchpoint. You will play a key role in maintaining Sofitel’s luxury standards, supporting team development, and ensuring smooth hotel operations.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in a Front Office, Guest Services, or hotel team leader or supervisory role preferred
- Passion for luxury hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and a positive, team-focused attitude
- Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to learn, grow, and embrace Sofitel luxury service standards
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and public holidays
- Full working rights in Australia required
