Job Description

How does your working day look like ...

  • You do the shift planning, lead the team and support your colleagues in their development in cooperation with the Assistant Front Office Manager
  • You ensure that duty scheduling is done on time, fairly and with consideration for business aspects
  • You ensure a smooth process when welcoming guests to the hotel and clean administrative processes within the team
  • You motivate your colleagues with an infectious smile when all guests arrive for check-in at the same time
  • You stay on top of things even when plans change spontaneously
  • You ensure smooth communication with our guests and other department heads 

 


Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV ...

  • You have completed training in the hotel industry, gained initial management experience and leadership skills
  • You speak fluent English
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and commitment are a matter of course for you 
  • Your strengths include organizational skills, flexibility, creativity and ability to work under pressure
  • You have amazing communication skills and are a true host 
  • You like to work independently, are reliable and always optimistic 
  • You can inspire your colleagues just as much as your guests. You also know your way around the city and always have a few tips on the scene at hand
  • You're a doer - and openly admit when you've done something wrong
  • You not only bring your skills, but also your character
