Job Description

We are looking for a Guest Relations Agent aboard La Dolce Vita Orient Express. This position is key to ensuring that our guests have a seamless and unforgettable experience, embodying the highest standards of hospitality and service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an Ambassador of La Dolce Vita Orient Express, providing a warm welcome and personalized service to our guests.
  • Manage concierge services, guest reservations, and correspondence, handling special requests with attention to detail.
  • Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth guest journey.
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge to provide accurate information about our journeys and experiences.
  • Monitor guest feedback and collaborate with teams to continuously enhance the experience.
  • Uphold the Orient Express brand standards, ensuring professionalism and excellence at all times.

 


    Qualifications

    Who We’re Looking For:

    • Previous experience in guest relations or a similar hospitality role.
    • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • A proactive approach to problem-solving and anticipating guest needs.
    • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
    • A passion for luxury hospitality and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
