We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving financial performance.

• Develop and manage financial, employee engagement, and guest satisfaction plans for Food and Beverage departments
• Lead and inspire a team of food and beverage professionals, setting performance standards and monitoring progress
• Create and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest experiences and increase revenue
• Oversee menu planning, pricing, and cost control measures to optimize profitability
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special events and promotions
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
• Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and purchasing processes
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Continuously improve service standards and implement best practices in food and beverage operations

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in food and beverage management
• Proven track record of success in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage menu items
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in inventory management and cost control techniques
• Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and health standards
• Ability to analyze financial data and make data-driven decisions
• Innovative mindset with a focus on enhancing guest experiences
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Proficiency in hospitality management software and point-of-sale systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
