In this newly created role you'll get an opportunity to practise and enhance your people leadership skills, and grow your operational management skills. This role reports directly to the Food & Beverage Services Manager and supervises shifts over The Cliveden Bar & Dining, our in house restaurant. 

The key responsibilities in this role are unique to this hotel and include (but not limited to):

• Lead by example to provide efficient, friendly & professional food & beverage service to all guests. 
• Support rostering to ensure coverage is maintained at all time.
• Communicate directly with your front of house team, kitchen team and higher management to provide them with all relevant/ needed information.
• Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation as prescribed by council / legislative regulations. 
• Flexibility to work across different shift times due to operational requirements. 
• Ensuring the team are trained as F&B superstars and are also growing and learning new skills for their own development. 

• A passion for people, engagement and creating the next generation of hospitality leaders.
• Managing a large and dynamic venue.
• Ability to support and guide team members to reach operational expectations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Strong computer skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
