Join our Food & Beverage team in a role that brings together great service, variety, and a lively resort atmosphere. As a Causal Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll deliver relaxed, friendly service while creating memorable guest experiences.

You’ll work across our key dining and bar experiences, including Moku Bar & Grill and Moku Beach Club, where tropical dining meets a vibrant, poolside energy. From serving cocktails at the swim-up bar to supporting events and functions, this role offers genuine variety and hands-on experience.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver warm, engaging service in a relaxed resort setting
• Prepare and serve beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, and coffee
• Take orders and deliver food and drinks efficiently
• Support events and functions, including set up and service
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Share menu knowledge and confidently recommend options
• Work collaboratively to ensure smooth and enjoyable service

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous hospitality or bar experience (highly regarded)
• Confidence working behind a bar and engaging with guests
• A positive, team-focused attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
